臺灣地區男子角力選手之體組成測量方法評估

Evaluation of Body Composition Methods in Male Wrestlers in Taiwan

摘要


目的:本研究應用雙能X光吸收儀(Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry, DXA)爲標準,分別以生物阻抗分析法(Bioelectrical impedance analysis, BIA)中的站立式八極板體組成分析儀(BIA8)、站立式四極板體組成分析儀(BIA4)、氣體容積計量儀(Air displacement plethysmography, ADP)評估臺灣男子角力選手體組成測量的精度。方法:26名年輕男子角力選手(平均±標準差;年齡:19.8±1.3歲,身高:172.2±4.6公分,體重:71.3±8.0公斤)分別以BIA8、BIA4、ADP與DXA進行體組成測量。使用Paired t-test比較各種不同測量儀量測體組成結果的差異,並運用線性迴歸分析與布蘭德-奥特曼差異圖來進行一致性分析。結果:BIA8,BIA4與ADP測量所得的去脂肪質量分別爲62.8士5.4公斤、60.9±4.6公斤、63.6 ±5.9公斤,與DXA測量所得的去脂肪質量63.0±5.3kg,其對應的相關係數分別爲0.87、0.87、0.93,三者並無顯著差異(P>0.05),其limits of agreement(LOA)分別爲-5.45至5.24公斤、-7.31至3.17公斤、-3.56至4.93公斤。BIA8,BIA4與ADP測量所得的體脂肪率(BF%)分別爲11.4±3.4%、14.0±4.1%、10.6±4.1%與DXA測量所得的體脂肪率12.3±5.2%,其對應的相關係數分別爲0.81、0.77、0.86,其間亦無顯著差異(P>0.05),其LOA分別爲-7.23至5.31%、-4.88至8.26%、-3.51至6.94%。結論:八極板或四極板站立式生物阻抗分析儀與氣體容積計量儀,用於估測台灣地區的年輕男子角力選手於去脂肪質量與體脂率的測量具有相同參考價値。

Purpose: The aims of this study were to verify the precision on evaluating body composition by octa-polar bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA8), tetra-polar bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA4), and air displacement plethysmography (ADP) referenced with the gold standard dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) in elite male wrestler in Taiwan. Methods: Twenty-six male wrestlers were recruited, with the age 19,8 ± 1.3 years, height 172.2 ± 4.6 cm and body weight 71.3 ± 8.0 kg. The differences of BIA8, BIA4, and ADP measurements between DXA were analyzed by paired t-test. The Bland-Altman difference plot was also used in analyzing the agreement between each two different assays. Results: The fat free mass evaluated by BIA8,BIA4, ADP and DXA was 62.8 ± 5.4 kg,60.9 ± 4.6 kg, 63.6 土 5.9 kg and 63.0 ± 5.3 kg, respectively. The correlation coefficients of BIA8,BIA4,and ADP between the DXA on fat free mass were 0.87, 0.87 and 0.93, with no significant difference among the four methods. The limits of a greement of BIA8, BIA4, and ADP on FFM were from -5.45 kg to 5.24 kg, from -7.31 kg to 3.17 kg, and from -3.56 kg to 4.93 kg, respectively. The body fat percentage measured by BIA8, BIA4, ADP and DXA was 11.4 ± 3.4%,14.0 ±4,1%,10.6 土 4,1% and 12.3 ± 5.2%, respectively. In body fat percentage, the correlation coefficients of BIA8, BIA4, and ADP between the DXA were 0.87, 0.87 and 0.93, with no significant difference among the four methods. The limits of agreement of BIA8, BIA4,and ADP on body fat percentage were from -7.23% to 5.31%,from -4.88% to 8.26%, and from -3.51% to 6.94%, respectively. Conclusion: It was concluded that the evaluation of fat free mass and body fat percentage by BIA8, BIA4, ADP and DXA is equivalent in elite male wrestlers in Taiwan.
