庇護性就業員工留任於庇護職場相關因素研究

The Study on Relevant Factors of Sheltered Employees Retention in Sheltered Workshops

摘要


本研究採用問卷調查方式探討庇護性就業員工留任庇護工場之相關因素,使用自編的「庇護性就業員工留任於庇護工場相關因素」量表,工具包含「個人因素」、「家庭因素」、「社會因素」、「留任意願」四個部分。以北、中、南三個地區依法立案的庇護工場之庇護員工為對象,採便利抽樣進行調查,共回收370份有效問卷,回收率74.13%。將調查所得資料以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析以及Pearson積差相關等統計方法進行分析,主要研究結果如下:1.庇護員工留任於庇護工場意願高達八成。2.不同年齡層及工作年資的庇護員工在「家庭因素」上的得分有顯著差異。3.不同障礙類別的庇護員工在「家庭因素」上的得分有顯著差異。4.「家人支持」及「職場支持」分別與「留任意願」有顯著低度正相關。最後根據以上研究結果提出建議做為庇護性職場服務提供之參考。

This study explored the factors related to sheltered employees retention in sheltered workshops using a survey research design. The "Factors Related to Sheltered Employees Retention in Sheltered Workshops" scale was used, which consists of "Personal Factors", "Family Factors", "Social Factors" and "Retention Willingness" four subscales. Taking the three regions of North, Central, and South nesgativation, the survey was conducted by convenience sampling, and a total of 370 valid questionnaires were collected (response rate of 74.13%). The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment. The main findings of the study are as follows: 1. The willingness of sheltered employees to stay in sheltered workshops was as high as 80%. 2. Sheltered employees with different ages and working years had significant differences in Family Factors. 3. Sheltered employees with different type of disabilities had significant differences in Family Factors. 4. Family Support and Workplace Support were significantly and lowly positively correlated with Retention Willingness. Finally, according to the results, suggestions were given to the sheltered workplaces.
