本文旨在以個案報告形式探討結構式遊戲治療對內向性問題兒童介入之影響。對象為「兒童行為檢核表」與「教師報告表」內化量尺T分數分別為68、78,均達臨床範圍(T>63分)以上之一位七歲女童,對其進行二十次、每次50分鐘之結構式遊戲治療。本研究結果採取質量同時分析方式,質性部分針對遊戲治療歷程的轉變,以及個案母親與導師的觀察作為分析內容;量化部分則是在結構式遊戲治療介入開始前和結束後實施「兒童行為檢核表」和「教師報告表」,並進行T分數前後之差異方式呈現結果。質性資料結果發現個案哭泣的頻率明顯減少,以及自主能力與自信的提升,較積極努力,能接受較具挑戰性的問題;量化結果發現除了內向性問題獲得明顯改善外,思考與注意力問題也同步獲得改善,顯示結構式遊戲治療的介入改善個案的內向性問題與思考方式。
This study aims to investigate the effects of the structured play therapy on children with internalizing problems by case study. The case was a 7-year-old girl Her T-scores of internalization scale in "Child Behavior Checklist" and "Teacher Report" were 67 and 78, both were above the marginal clinical range (T 63). The case was invited to participate in the structured play therapy for 20 times (50 minutes per time).The study adapted both quantitative and qualitative research methods. In qualitative research method, it explores the transformation of the treatment process and the observation of her mother and her tutor. In quantitative research method, the case was given to the pre test- and post- test on "Child Behavior Checklist" and "Teacher's Report" before and after the structured play therapy, By the comparison of the pre-test T-score and post-test T-score, itwas found that the intervention of structured play therapy can improve the internalizing problem and the way of thinking.
