三折肱成「梁」醫:一位資深遊戲治療師由督導實務之照見

A Practical View of the Senior Play Therapist's Supervision

摘要


本研究旨在探討一位資深遊戲治療師自督導實務之看見,及他如何致力於遊戲治療實務工作,以提供新手遊戲治療師學習示範的角色,及針對國內遊戲治療的訓練和發展之工作,提出具體之參考建議。本研究採用質化研究方法,以半結構式訪談收集資料,再以內容分析方法進行資料整理與分析。本研究參與者乃是一位已具有三十年以上遊戲治療實務經驗之資深遊戲治療師。本研究結果發現,透過全國巡迴督導對遊戲治療實務的看見包含:治療師對理論批判思考的能力、態度與技巧使用之考量、環境與階段性的評估,治療師的訓練課程,以及遊戲治療師與兒童互動的能力。藉由資深遊戲治療師對督導實務之敘說,讓遊戲治療專業的知識得以傳遞,提升新手遊戲治療師的專業知能。最後,本研究也針對遊戲治療實務及訓練提供建議。

The purposes of this study were to explore the integration process of the senior play therapist supervision. Through understanding his enthusiasm for play therapy, researcher intends to explore how and why he devoted himself to practice of play therapy. In order to provide novice play therapists a model to learn and to give the advices for play therapists/educators to improve their skills and knowledge, this study adopted the content analysis method in the qualitative approach. Besides, a semi-structured interview was conducted to collect data. The results of the study were as follows: 1. play therapists' ability of critical thinking for theories, 2. considerations for play therapists' attitude and using skills, 3. Assessments for therapeutic stages and environment, 4. training courses for play therapists, 5. the therapists' abilities to interact with children. Finally, the suggestions for play therapy practice and training are also provided.
