生活型態調整及自助團體對肥胖代謝異常危險因子改善之影響

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討受試者參與由生活模式調整及行為改變技術應用、自助團體等體重控制教育相關課程後。對肥胖生理指標、代謝異常因子及生活行為改變的影響。研究以50個BMI>25之大學生為對象,實驗期間安排生理、營養、運動及心理相關課程,並實施飲食、運動紀錄,自助團體活動,執行強化飲食及身體活動等指導機制,並落實生活模式之調整。實驗前後分別針對肥胖生理指標、代謝危險因子及行為改變因子實施前、後測。結果如下:(一)生活模式調整及行為改變、自助團體等活動,對改善體重、BMI、體脂肪、腰圍、臀圍、腰臀比有顯著的成效(p<.05)。(二)代謝異常危險因子指標值,總膽固醇、三酸甘油脂、GOT、GPT、飯前血醣、低密度膽固醇,雖有改善但未達統計數值上之明顯差異。總膽固醇、三酸甘油脂、低密度膽固醇幾項代謝異常危險人數及百分比,課程介入前、後有明顯改善。(三)運動頻次、強度及參與時之愉悅程度有明顯改善。生活品質改善部分,維持正常睡眠時間(7-10hr)者,從12人增加到25人。每週平均熬夜2天以上者由36人減少至22人。(四)一般飲食習慣(良好飲食習慣)及特殊飲食習慣(不當飲食頻率)之認知及行為,有正向的進步。

This study aims to investigate lifestyle modification, the factors of behavior medication and supporting group influence on obese index, metabolic syndrome, and behavior medication in a weight loss program. Participants were 50 college students, BMI (body measure index) > 25. Subjects were required to attend courses including physiology, nutrition, sports and psychology, and attend supporting groups in conjunction with recording daily exercise and diet. All courses and instructions emphasized on diet and body activities and executed lifestyle modification. Obese index, metabolic syndrome, and behavior modification of subjects were assessed before and after the program. The results revealed: first, lifestyle modification, behavior modification and supporting group showed the significantly effect on improving weight, BMI, fat, waist circumference, hip circumference and the waist hip ratio (P<.05). Second, the index of metabolic disorders indicators, T-cholesterol, triglyceride, GOT, GPT, AC sugar, and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) were improved, which, however, did not show the significant difference in statistic. The number and percentage of participants with T-cholesterol, triglyceride and LDL decreased after the program. Third, the frequency of exercise and intensity were improved as well as that of pleasure of participating program. In lifestyle modification, the number of those who keep regular sleeping hours (7-10) was increased. That is, the number of those who used to stay up late at least two nights a week was decreased from 36-22. Fourth, the recognition and behavior of proper diet were positively improved.
