從運動技能的觀點探討網球截擊技術

摘要


目的:本研究目的在於透過運動技能觀點針對網球截擊動作的技能特性進行探究。方法:實驗參與者為大學體育甲組男子網球選手6名(年齡:19.9±1.53歲;身高:174.8±6.42公分;體重65.6±5.39公斤),採真實運動情境設計,探討不同球速對網球截擊技術的影響。利用LabVIEW程式儀控系統、測速槍、發球機等實驗器材進行相關參數資料的收集,將收集的資料,以LabVIEW 8.5版分析軟體中之模組,進行分析。採樣標準是以實驗參與者能成功將發球機隨機發出六種不同球速的球,成功回擊至有效區為採樣依據。以六種不同球速為自變項一,正手截擊動作與反手截擊動作為自變項二,反應時間、動作時間、整體反應時間及截擊技能參數為依變項。所得結果以二因子重複量數變異數分析進行考驗,若交互作用有顯著則進行單純主要效果考驗,本研究之顯著水準訂為α=.05。結果:經考驗後,所得結果:一、不同截擊動作(正手截擊及反手截擊)對反應時間、動作時間與截擊技能參數的影響達顯著水準(p<.05);對整體反應時間則未達顯著水準。二、不同球速僅對整體反應時間達顯著水準(p<.05)。結論:經由本研究證實正手網球截擊動作與反手網球截擊動作分屬不同技能,不同球速對於網球截擊動作而言是同一技能不同難度。

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the tennis skills characteristics of volley technique. Methods: Six elite university tennis players (Age: 19.9±1.53; Height: 174.8±6.42cm; Weight: 65.6±5.39kg) selected for a contextual experiment. LabVIEW program instrumentation, speed gun, ball machines and other related equipment utilized for data collection. Data were analyzed via LabVIEW 8.5 version. Valid data classified from six valid volley actions, which a player can successfully react the six random balls. Six speeds balls and type of volley were the two independent variables. The reaction time (RT), movement time (MT), the total response time (TRT) and volley skills parameters (RT/MT) were the dependent variables. Results:Results revealed that different volley actions (forehand volley and backhand volley) influenced the RT, MT and RT/MT at a significant level (p<.05). Different speed balls influenced TRT (p<.05). Conclusion: This study pointed out that forehand and backhand tennis volley were different skills. The different speeds of balls were the same technique but varying level of difficulty.
