高中足球運動員運動領導信任與焦慮之研究

摘要


目的:本研究旨在探討不同運動競賽焦慮程度的高中足球選手,其潛在對教練運動領導的信任程度。方法:以100學年度高中足球聯賽之足球運動代表隊為研究母群進行抽樣調查,共獲得有效樣本336份。所得資料以單因子多變量變異數分析、單因子變異數分析、雪費事後比較等進行分析。結果:研究結果發現中程度的運動焦慮的運動選手具備對教練領導高程度的信任;高程度的運動焦慮明顯對教練的運動領導信任感較低。結論:本研究結果顯示,教練與球員之間的信任是競賽焦慮的重要影響因素。教練應該多應用能增進球員信任關係的技巧,幫助球員調適在競賽情境的焦慮狀態,增加獲得優勝的機會。

Purpose: This paper examines the relations between the trust of leadership in high school soccer team and the levels of sport competition anxiety. In other words, to understand the high school soccer athletes' trust of leadership in different levels of sports anxieties during the competitions. Methods: The questionnaire used in this study was modified from "Measurement Scale for Trust in Leader" and "Sport Competition Anxiety Test". A total of 336 respondents completed a survey conducted from the participants of the 2011 High school Football League. The data was analyzed by using multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA), one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Scheffe's test. Results: The results reveal that the athletes with moderate sports competition anxiety have the highest trust level of leadership. On the other hand, the athletes with highest sports competition anxiety have an inclination to poor leadership trust. Conclusion: The findings indicated that the trust between coach and athlete is an important contributor to sport competition anxiety. In addition, behaviors that the coach demonstrates relative to enhance trust can be influential in competition results.
