應用價值溪流圖與模擬技術改善製程

Applying value stream mapping and simulation technology to improve the manufacturing process

摘要


個案公司生產刀桿,提供顧客多樣化的產品。刀桿加工前置時間長,公司必須考慮到品質穩定、縮短交期與降低生產成本。本研究應用價值溪流圖(value stream mapping, VSM),分析生產流程, 首先資料蒐集, 繪製現況價值溪流圖; 使用Flexsim 軟體模擬現況價值溪流圖找出生產過程中的問題浪費,簡化流程繪製未來理想價值溪流圖,提出未來改善計畫,然後透過模擬未來理想價值溪流圖,依據模擬結果數據評估改善計畫。研究結果顯示可降低生產前置時間、縮短交期,結合價值溪流圖與系統模擬的方法,可有效應用於製造流程改善。

The case company provides variety tool-holders which manufacturing lead time is very long. The company must consider the high quality, shorten delivery time and reducing cost. In this paper, the value stream mapping method and simulated technique are applied to analyze the production process. Firstly, the data of shop flow are collected and current state value stream mapping is drawn. Flexsim software is used to simulate flow line according to the current state value stream mapping, and then find out the waste in the processes. The future state value stream mapping is drawn, and the future improvement plans are proposed. Based on the simulation results to evaluate the improvement plans. This simulated result shows that the manufacturing lead time and delivery time both are reduced. Therefore, the combined method of value stream mapping with system simulation is applied effectively to improve the manufacture process.
