摘要
學校體育教學目標，為配合教育趨勢，朝多元化發展，以適合不同教學型態的需求，除強調技能、情意、認知方面獲得之外，對於學生群性培養與獨立自主學習更加重視。交互教學法是一種透過師生或同儕彼此之間的交流與對話，來共同建構教學進度與內容架構的教學方式，可作為今日體育教學之參考。教學初始，教師以講解、示範、鼓勵與回饋等，引導學生接受基礎性運動技術學習；在學習活動過程教師所引導的活動由繁趨簡，所監控的程度亦隨著階段的轉變而遞減，逐漸淡出引導角色，最後能由學生獨立負擔起學習的責任的教學方式。由於'交互教學法除了要求預期課程的學習，更強調學習者的主動性之外，以及學習過程中團體互動的重要性，交互教學為提昇學生閱讀理解能力，最後能達到獨立學習。因此，本文就交互教學的理論基礎，即經由整理文獻所述要領與原則，並以近期嘗試實驗性教學心得撰文，以探討其應用於學校體育課程可行性，對亟思提昇體育教學的從業者或有值得參考之處。

The teaching targets of physical education (PE) at schools have to incorporate the trend of modern education, and to aim at the diversity development, so as to meet the requirements of various teaching styles. Apart from teaching on techniques, affection and cognition, more emphasis should also be placed on the development and cultivation of team spirits and independent active study of the students. Reciprocal teaching method can build up the progress and structure contents of the learning through the communication and collaboration among the teacher and the students. During the courses, the teacher could start by explanation, demonstration, encouragement, as well as feedbacks to guide the students technically through the fundamental learning stage. Subsequently, the teacher gradually reduces his role in teaching with less involvement in instruction and monitoring. The students should eventually be able to take the responsibility of learning independently. Reciprocal teaching method not only requires the interpretation of learning and active attitude, but especially stresses on group communications. Furthermore, the method could enhance the capability of reading and understanding of the students, and finally reaches to the objective of independent learning. It is convinced that the method is worth to be noted for all PE teachers who would like to improve their teaching skills. In this article, the theoretical foundation of the method was introduced to explore the possibility to be employed in the PE and some information provided was expected to improve the teaching technique of the PE.
