大專院校羽球運動教練自覺專業能力之研究

摘要


目前國內大專院校有相當多學生選修體育課及參與羽球運動校隊,而運動校隊畢業後極可能成為推動羽球運動的種子。因此,各大專羽球運動代表隊之教練對推動羽球運動扮演很重要之角色。基於此,本研究以參與2008全國大專院校運動會羽球項目之80位帶隊教練為主要研究對象,採修改版之「大專院校羽球運動教練自覺專業能力研究問卷」作為研究工具,並以次數、百分比、平均數、信度分析、效度分析、皮爾森相關分析及多變量變異數分析(MANOVA)檢測本研究之所有問題。結果發現:1.男性教練及體育教師兼任教練情形為多數;2.技術、戰術、體能是教練「認知」及「自覺」專業能力皆排前四名之構面;3.僅「最高運動成就」在羽球運動教練專業能力呈顯著差異;進一步採用逐步判別式分析,發現最高運動成就在「羽球基本技術訓練與示範能力專精程度」呈顯著差異。

A considerable amount of collegiate students in Taiwan register for badminton courses or join the badminton varsity. These badminton players may serve an important role to promote the sport of badminton in their community after graduation. Thus, the coaches of these players play an even more important role in cultivating the sport of badminton. Therefore, this study recruited 80 head badminton coaches of all teams that took part in the 2008 National Collegiate Game. The modified version of Chen's (2004) "Collegiate Badminton Coaches' Perceived Proficiency Scale" was utilized as the focal research instrument. The statistical techniques involved descriptive analysis, principle component analysis, internal consistency analysis, Pearson correlation, and multivariate analysis of variance. The results revealed that 1) the majority of all participants were male and physical education teachers; 2) "techniques, tactics, and physical abilities" were rated as the top 4 abilities; 3) the combined proficiency factors were significantly affected by coaches' highest sport achievement; stepwise discriminant function analysis as the post-hoc procedure further revealed that coaches with different levels of highest sport achievement differed significantly on the proficiency factor of "badminton basic technique training and demonstration".
