體育教師教學反省之文獻探討

摘要


教育面臨改革思潮,提倡以學生思考為中心,但教師乃是開啟課程的靈魂之鑰,教師的教學行為仍然是影響學生學習的關鍵要素。反省能增進教師技能,改進教學,是教師專業發展和自我成長的核心因素。本文旨在透過文獻蒐集進而分析瞭解臺灣體育教師之反省。經由文獻分析歸納結果如下:一、研究主題:針對教師教學反省共14篇,包含教師反省的層次、類型、態度、內容、影響因素等;二、研究對象以國小教師對象最多,惟獨高中教師未有相關研究;三、研究方法以問卷調查法為最多;四、研究結果:教師反省以「實際行動層次」為主,未有發現教師反省層次達「批判反省層次」,可見教師在反省層次有進步的空間。因此,本文透過文獻探討的方式,瞭解臺灣體育教師教學反省相關研究之脈絡,提供未來從事教師反省之研究方向以及提升教師專業發展之建議。

Education reform advocates student-centered thinking. However, teacher is the key to open the soul of curriculum and teacher's behavior is critical to student learning. Reflection facilitates teachers' teaching skills and enhances their professional development. The purpose of this paper was to analyze literature on physical education teacher reflection. The results were as follows: 1. Research themes: Reflection on teaching for a total of 14 empirical studies, including the level, type of attitude, content and influential factors. 2. Participant: Mainly focused on elementary school teachers;3. Research methods: Questionnaires were the main inquiry to approach; 4. The research findings: Teacher reflection remained on the level of "reflect after action", they rarely reflected on "reflect of criticism" level. The results have implication for physical education teacher to improve in reflection level. Suggestion for future study was proposed.
