雙槓Bhavsar動作之運動學分析

摘要


目的:本旨在Bhavsar動作的運動技術特徵及運動學參數之差異。方法:本研究以一部Redlake攝影機(頻率250Hz,快門為1/500sec)拍攝一名台灣師大選手所實施之Bhavsar動作的2D影像,並進行影像數位化及運動學分析,以了解影響完成Bhavsar動作之重要因素,以作為教練與選手進行訓練時的參考依據。結果:一、在雙槓實施Bhavsar動作振浪時間要早於單槓特卡切夫動作。二、髖關節角速度在擺腿後呈現先增加後趨緩情況,主因是在脫放手時,上半身會急速向上帶動,而下肢則必須保證騰越一定高度於槓後作出分切動作。三、雙槓Bhavsar動作軌跡為向前上方移動,而非成圓周性運動。結論:在壓肩留腳位置強調重心下壓,藉以儲藏肌肉中的彈性位能,並且在脫放手位置肩關節迅速拉開向上,同時踝關節反制向下踩地,形成與原本方向相反的翻轉,並順勢的進行快速擺越為此動作成功的重要特鍵及練習重點。
