臺灣飛盤爭奪賽在中等學校之發展現況及阻礙

摘要

目的：本文旨在探討飛盤爭奪賽在中等學校的發展現況及阻礙情形並針對未來發展提出建議。方法：本文藉由文獻探討的方式、訪談法，瞭解飛盤爭奪賽在臺灣中等學校發展的歷程與推動情形，並進一步探討發展過程中所遇到的阻礙因素。結果：一、參與飛盤爭奪賽的中等學校數雖然有增加的現象，但是礙於經費及各種原因依然無法穩定的出賽。二、飛盤爭奪賽在國中、高中推廣不易。三、政府與民間團體對推動飛盤運動的支持度偏低。四、缺少運動空間。五、基層培訓人員之推行受限。六、賽制規劃編排及競賽規則無法統一。結論：飛盤爭奪賽在中等學校的發展現況以目前的調查及參賽隊伍數來看是處於緩慢增加的情況，也因為飛盤爭奪賽尚未是亞奧運會的參賽項目，故在中等學校推行時的阻礙因素亦較主流運動項目多，建議未來研究方向能以國高中學生為對象，並針對飛盤爭奪賽所需之基本及專項體能、運動技術、如何推廣等做深入之探討。

Purpose: The point of this article is about the development and current situation of Ultimate in schools, and try to propose some suggestions to the future development. Methods: This article used literature reviews, interviews and observations to understand the process of development and situation about Ultimate in Taiwan and explore the barriers during the process. By these research methods, we could get some results. Results: First, although the number of secondary schools which participated Ultimate increased, they still could not participate competitions steadily due to lack of funds and other reasons. Second, it is not easy to promote Ultimate in secondary schools and high schools. Third, the government and non-governmental organizations are passive about promoting flying disc sports. Fourth, lacking of exercise space. Fifth, the implementation of grassroots training staff is limited. Sixth, schedule arrangements and competition regulations could not be united. Conclusion: I suggest that the direction of future researches could aim at the basic and special physical fitness, skill of Ultimate, and how to promote Ultimate to students in secondary schools and high schools.
