本研究以計畫行為理論探討不同背景變項的青少年參與壁球運動的行為意向之差異性,以問卷調查方式進行,研究對象為高雄市105學年度在學之國、高中(職)學生,發放問卷數為587份,剔除無效問卷後,有效問卷為580份。以單因子變異數分析不同背景變項的青少年參與壁球運動時的態度、主觀規範、行為控制知覺對行為意向之差異。其研究結果顯示不同背景變項的青少年對參與壁球運動的行為意向,於性別、學制、年級、每週運動頻率等,均無顯著差異性。推論與不同背景之青少年對壁球運動的相關訊息不足,未來努力方向應致力於使青少年了解壁球運動之優點。本研究建議:先從學校成立休閒性壁球社團開始,辦理老師壁球研習會,多辦理壁球運動體驗活動,利用假日或寒暑假期間辦理壁球營隊,並建議增建壁球場地,將壁球運動列入重要比賽項目,以鼓勵青少年參與壁球運動。而在未來研究對象可針對不同區域或其他縣市的青少年為主,研究方式可以質性或質性及量化並進方式進行研究,使研究結果更具參考價值。
this study used the theory of planned behavior to explore the difference in behavior intentions of juveniles with different backgrounds in their squash participation. The questionnaire survey method was used in this study. The study sent out 587 questionnaires to some junior and high (vocational) school students of Kaohsiung City in the academic year of 2016. After ruling out the invalid questionnaires, there were 580 valid questionnaires retrieved. One-way ANOVA was used to analyze the difference between backgrounds and behavior intention of juveniles' squash participation. The research results indicated that: As to difference in behavior intentions of juveniles with different background in their squash participation, results of one-way ANOVA showed that there was no significant difference in the aspects of juveniles' gender, academic system, grade and weekly exercise frequency. Suggestions of this study are as follows: Encouraging schools to establish squash clubs, holding squash seminars for teachers, and organizing squash experience activities and camps during holiday, summer and winter break in order to increase juveniles' willingness to participate in the sport of squash and increase their understanding of the sport of squash. Furthermore, increasing establishment of squash courts, making good use of squash courts, and adding squash to important competition items in order to encourage juveniles to participate squash. Future studies can extend to other districts; and qualitative or combine of qualitative and quantitative studies can be conducted simultaneously.
