「軍隊」是助人工作的實踐場域之一,軍事人員負有保家衛國的重要使命,其身心適應狀況至關重要,因此,我們必須關切:助人專業在軍隊能否有效發揮?本研究目的旨在探討「助人專業倫理」在軍隊組織中的實踐困境,以質化研究中的深度訪談法,訪問八位現職的軍隊社工。研究結果可歸結出軍隊助人工作者所面臨的倫理實踐困境如下:一、助「人」專業所要協助的對象,其實主要是「軍隊組織」。二、軍隊組織與助人專業的目標不一致。三、不只是雙重角色,「軍人角色」更是優先於「助人工作者」。據此,本文也提出三點建議:一、將專業倫理困境與因應導入軍校教育課程。二、建立軍隊助人工作者持續專業成長的管道。三、在《國軍心理衛生(輔導)工作教則》中修正「軍中心輔專業倫理守則」。最後,針對上述軍隊組織中的專業倫理實踐困境進行反思,期許未來軍隊社會工作者有更明確的角色定位與處理倫理困境的知能。
"Military organization" is a specific field of helping profession. Military personnel feel a duty to defend the nation; thus, researchers should focus on whether the helping profession make the most of use or not? The purpose of this study is to discuss the dilemma of helping professional ethics in the military and try to better understand the military factors that may contribute to those ethical issues. This study adopts qualitative research method and in-depth interview was conducted to collect data from 6 military helping professional workers. The results showed the ethical dilemmas of military social workers included the followings: (1) the main client is "military organization"; (2) the expectation of military is different from profession; (3) to play dual-roles: to be a soldier is superior to the professional helper. Based on the result, suggestions toward practice. (1) to add ethics course for military cadet; (2) to provide professional training and supervision; (3) to develop the code of ethics for military context. Finally, some reflections toward the practice of military were discussed in this study.
