台灣體育專業人員知識分享現況之研究

A Study of Knowledge Sharing Behavior among the Professionals of Physical Education and Sport in Taiwan

摘要

本研究主要目的為探討台灣體育專業人員知識分享行為之現況，以及比較不同體育專業人員知識分享行為之差異。研究方法以文獻探討、專家諮商發展「體育專業人員知識分享行為問卷」為工具，以台灣體育專業人員為對象，獲得有效問卷666份，所得資料經由分析獲得結果如下：（1）體育專業人員知識分享因素依序為知識分享之態度、主觀規範、分享意圖、認知行為控制及分享行為；（2）體育專業人員知識分享議題以休閒娛樂最高，其次依序為生活知識、專業知識、科技知識，並以人文素養為最低；（3）體育專業人員之知識分享地點以職場為最高，其次依序為運動場所、辦公室、聯誼場合、會議場所，以研習場所為最低；（4）體育專業人員知識分享在性別、年齡、學歷、職業、服務年資、不同組織規模之分享內容類型上有顯著差異。綜合結論而言，台灣體育專業人員均認為知識分享行為十分重要，而分享議題與地點與其工作專業與職場有密切關係。此外，台灣體育專業人員知識分享行為與其性別、年齡、學歷、職業、服務年資及組織規模有密切關係。

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the current status of knowledge sharing of the Taiwan sports professionals, and to compare different sports knowledge sharing behavior between professionals. The research methods include literature review, and questionnaires. ”The questionnaire of knowledge sharing behaviors among professionals of physical education and sport”. 666 valid survey samples were obtained from professionals of physical education and sport in Taiwan. Based on the results of the data analysis we concluded the following: 1) The order of factor of the knowledge sharing followed by attitudes, subjective norms concerning, behavior intention, perceived behavior control and sharing behavior. 2) Ssports Professional knowledge sharing issues in entertainment the highest, followed by life knowledge, expertise, scientific knowledge, and humanistic qualities is the lowest. 3) Sports professionals to share knowledge in the workplace is the highest place, followed by sports facilities, offices, recreational places, meeting places, places to study the lowest. 4) Sports professionals to share knowledge issues were significant differences in gender, age, education, occupation, years of service and organizations scale. In conclusion, the professionals of physical education and sport of believed that the knowledge sharing is very important, and to share issues and the work place and his professional and career were closely related. In addition, Taiwan's sports professionals and knowledge sharing behavior were closely related their sex, age, education, occupation, years of service and size.
