風浪板初學者教學實務與策略

Windsurfing Instructional Practices and Strategies for Beginners

摘要


近年來政府積極推動海域休閒政策與活動,從92年開始以大鵬灣國家公園為海洋運動基地,展開一系列的海洋休閒活動,並在各級機關推廣游泳、浮潛、深潛、風浪板、獨木舟、輕艇等水域運動,也選擇重點學校推動帆船、風浪板及潛水等活動,還成立海洋運動推廣小組,設置風浪板學習地點,輔導辦理體驗營活動、風浪板、獨木舟等海洋活動。風浪板是一種老少咸宜的水上休閒運動,從學校推動風浪板體驗學習活動中,發現大部分的學生在體驗學習過程中,學習挫折感很大,碰到學習阻礙,容易落水或者是駕馭風浪板出航,回不來的窘境。本文為主要目的為探討風浪板之風與帆原理、教練指導原則、初學者操作方法,以及如何使用陸上模擬器操作及選擇水域練習平衡之方法,以期初學者容易上手,享受駕馭風的喜悅。本文主要方法論為文獻整理與教學經驗分享,透過風浪板相關教學文獻與作者歷年的教學經驗,藉此提供一些經驗分享風浪板教學者與學習者,作為風浪板教學推廣之用。本文主要結論:(一)風浪板初學者學習前必須先瞭解風與帆原理論及風浪板構造原理;(二)教學者充分提供初學者學習原則與操作方法,能迅速建立操作風浪板之基本觀念;(三)使用陸上模擬器操作,使初學者體驗風浪板之基本觀念與技能,並提昇初學者操作動機與信心;(四)適當選一處水域練習平衡開始,經由合理的概念、操作觀念,充分了解水中安全及應注意的事項,真正與帆為友與風為伴,翱遊於廣闊的大海中。

Recent years, government is actively promoting water recreation policies and activities, starting from year 2003 to Dapeng Bay National Park for water sports base and expanding the range of water recreation activities. In addition, at all levels of organizations promote swimming, snorkeling, diving, windsurfing, canoeing, light boats and other water sports. Choosing certain schools focus on sailing, windsurfing and scuba diving with other water sports activities, and also promote the establishment of water sports team, set up windsurfing place of study, hold some water sports experience activities, windsurfing, canoeing and other water activities.Windsurfing is a leisure water sports for all ages, but most beginning learners have difficulties, even feel great frustration when learning windsurfing. For example: When beginning learners learn windsurfing, they can easily fell into the water or cannot control sailing direction or come back to starting point. The main purpose of this paper is to explore the basic operation theory of windsurfing, coaching principles, operation methods for beginners and how to use the land simulator to practice the better method to get balance. Let beginners easily familiar with standing on windsurfing board and feel comfortable enjoying driving the wind.In this study, use literature review and collect shared teaching experience, through the related literature review and combining with the author's years of teaching experience to provide some useful coaching principles and operation methods for windsurfing instructors and learners, as a basic but important reference for promoting windsurfing.The findings make a few suggestions for teaching windsurfing: (a) let beginners understand the relationship between wind and sail together with the elements of windsurfing board; (b) provide key operational principles and methods that beginners can quickly establish the basic concepts and skills; (c) practice by using land windsurfing simulator to enhance beginners' motivation and build their confidence; (d) choose an appropriate location to practice balance on windsurfing board, through the reasonable operation concepts to let beginner fully realized water safety and important precautions, let the beginner takes a relatively shorter time to past beginning level to windsurfing in the vast sea.
