摘要

隨著少子化與高齡化社會時代的來臨，銀髮族的休閒、照護議題逐漸受到社會的重視，老人日托服務已經成為現代雙薪家庭所關注的話題。「高雄縣內門鄉觀亭社區照顧關懷據點」是由高雄縣政府依據內政部的計畫委託內門觀亭社區發展協會於民國九十三年八月間成立，距今已有三年多的歷史，其主要的業務是使社區內銀髮族自發性來參與社區辦的活動，透過設置社區照顧關懷據點讓銀髮族從家裡走到關懷據點參加健康促進活動，並藉此增加與同年齡層的銀髮族互動的機會。本文透過參與觀亭社區銀髮族日托式服務活動來探討銀髮族休閒及其類型。高齡者參與休閒活動可以反映在：心理層面、生理層面、生活社交層面、及自我實現層面這四個層面。而教育水準、健康狀況、獨居及經濟收入都是影響銀髮族選擇休閒活動時的直接考量。另外，從休閒心理的觀點也可以探討銀髮族參與休閒活動的動機。研究發現，在「休閒參與程度」方面，銀髮族的年齡及工作情形均在休閒參與程度上有顯著差異。在「休閒體驗中的休閒需求」方面，銀髮族的教育程度、自評健康狀態、經濟狀況及工作情形上有顯著差異。在「休閒參與程度與休閒體驗的關係」方面，休閒參與程度與休閒體驗中自由感的關係呈顯著的正相關關係，且彼此相互影響。

As the coming era of birth rate declination and ageing society, the topic about recreation and care for the elderly is gradually taken into account, and daycare service has become a matter for concern.Kaohsiung County Neime Tounship KuanTing Community Care Center was founded on August, 2004, three years until now, by Neime Tounship KuanTing Community Development Association authorized from Kaohsiung County Government in accordance with the project from Ministry of the Interior. The main affair is about encouraging the elderly to join the activities held by the community. By means of setting up the Community Care Center, the elderly can step out for health promoting activities so that they will have more chances to interact with other elders.The research will observe the recreation for elderly and the types of recreation by participating daycare service for the elderly in Kuan Ting Community. The reasons why elders want to participate in recreation can be seen from four perspectives: psychology, physiology, social interaction, and self-actualization. However, the education level, health status, living in solitude and income are the main concern when elders make choice for recreation. Besides, from a recreational psychology point of view, the motivations for elders joining recreations can be observed.In the findings, on the facet of the degree of participating recreation, there is an obvious difference between, the enthusiasm of recreation participating and the elderly ages and work condition On the aspect of the needs for recreation through experiencing recreation is greatly different among the elderly education level, health condition, economic condition, health status and working condition.On the side of the connection between the degree of participating in recreation and experiencing recreation; the relationship between participating recreation and the feeling of freedom in participating in recreation is positive correlation and also interplay each other.
