台南縣歸仁國民小學教師參與休閒運動之研究

摘要

在現今的世界時代潮流，我國政府為適應潮流明令宣布自民國八十七年起隔週週休二日，又於民國九十年起政府各機關（構）、學校全面實施週休二日。因此教師應如何善用週休二日的休閒生活，遂成為重要之課題。臺灣社會週休二日的實施，使得國小教師的休閒時間增加，教師藉著休閒運動來減輕生活壓力則是理所當然。本研究目的在於了解台南縣歸仁國小所有教師在「非假日」和「假日」，參與休閒運動的方式與情況，本研究採用問卷調查研究法，研究工具除參酌謝鎮偉（民91）設計之「大學教職員工參與運動狀況與阻礙因素調查表」，最主要是以本身瞭解教師的實際運動層面及經驗與接觸問題編製而成。探究瞭解教師參與運動情形。本研究之研究調查對象為台南縣九十四學年度歸仁國民小學編制內之教師為主，母群體人數共67位。因母群體人數不太，所以全部為施測對象。研究結果發現台南縣歸仁國小教師參與休閒運動時間利用「非假日及假日二者都是」為大多數，佔50％，利用「假日」者佔38.7％，利用「非假日」者佔11.3％。因此建議政府主管機關應儘量避免於假日辦理與公務相關之活動，以落實政府實施周休二日之美意。

In the tendency of world, our government, in order to meet the trend, announce that stopped working on weekend every other week since the 87th year of the Republic Era. And each government organ and school all have to carry out the policy of stopped working on weekend since the 90th year of the Republic Era. So how should the teachers make the best of the leisure activity on weekend then become the important issue. Taking effect the policy of stopped working for two days in week increasing the leisure time for elementary school teacher and it's as a matter of course for elementary school teachers to release the pressure by taking part in leisure activity.The purpose of this research is to realize the leisure activity participation and situation in week days and weekend of all the teachers in Tainan County GueiRen Elementary School. The method used in this research is questionnaire investigation. ”The Research of Recreational Sports Participated Condition and the Factors of Constraints of Faculties of the University-take” by Hsieh, Jenn-Woe, was adopted as well as a research instrument. But the main method used by the writer's own experienced and understanding of elementary school teacher's leisure activity participation. The 67 participants were all the official teachers in Tainan County GueiRen Elementary School, 94th year of the Republic Era. Because there were not so many participants, therefore all of them took the questionnaire.This research were as follows: teachers in Tainan County GueiRen Elementary School take part in leisure activity during week days and weekend occupied 50%, participated leisure activity on weekend occupied 38.7%, participated leisure activity on week days occupied 11.3%. Therefore government institution should avoid holding official or nonofficial activity on weekend to really carry out the ”stopped working on weekend.”
