影響台灣大專體育發展的外在因素探討

摘要

本研究從國際教育思潮、台灣教育思潮、台灣加入WTO、大學教育政策白皮書、大學法的修正案、大學「公法人」化、及網路科技等七方面，來分析影響台灣大專體育發展的外在因素。並以法蘭克福學派批判思想的精神，針對社會面、經濟面及政治面等三方面的因素加以批判。從批判中掌握各項影響因素的要點，並指出大專體育在這些外在因素影響之下，如何導正使其朝向改革、成長發展之路。

The study was to explore the external factors from seven directions that were including the international education thoughts, Taiwan educational thoughts, Taiwan's entering WTO, educational policies of universities, the modification of University Act, legal-personalization of universities and network technology. And used the critical thinking of Frankfurt School to criticize the factors about social aspect, economical aspect and political aspect. Following the results to grasp the key points of the factors, and point out the way to orient reform, growing development of the physical education of college under the affecting factors.
