大學院校體育教師與組織承諾之研究

A Study on the Perception of the College P.E. Teachers' Organizational Commitment

摘要


本研究主要目的:探討大學院校體育教師對體育室組織的承諾。本研究受試對象為我國大學院校體育教師,計寄發問卷405份,回收有效問卷250份,並以t考驗及單因子變異數分析(ANOVA)等統計方法進行分析。本研究結果如下所述:一、不同性別體育教師對組織承諾有差異存在。在「留職傾向」的層面女性體育教師高於男性體育教師。二、不同學歷體育教師對「組織承諾」無差異存在。三、不同職級大學院校體育教師對「組織承諾」有差異存在。在「組織認同」層面,以職級為「副教授」的體育教師高於職級為「講師」的體育教師。四、不同教學年資體育教師對「組織承諾」有差異存。在「組織認同」層面以教學年資「16年以上」體育教師對「組織認同」高於教學年資「11~15年」體育教師的認同程度。五、不同學校體育教師對組織承諾有差異存在。公私立學校體育教師在「組織認同」層面高於「私立學校體育教師」的認同程度。本研究所得結果可提供大學院校體育教師與體育室主任參考。並根據研究所發現的問題做適時的修正,以提高體育教師對體育室組織的承諾。

The purposes of this study were to investigate the organizational commitment of college P.E. teachers. A total of 405 questionnaires were sent out and 250 effective questionnaires were collected. One-way ANOVA, t-test are applied to analyzing the collected data. The findings of this study are as follows:1.There is difference in organization commitment between male and female P.E. teachers. Female teachers tend to be more high with the to stay a job than male teachers.2.There is not difference in organization commitment between P.E. teachers of Academic degree.3.There is difference in organization commitment between different position of P.E. teachers. Those whose position were associate professor feel more identity on identity organization than those more than those whose position were lecturer.4.Years of teaching reveals show significant difference in teachers organization commitment. Those who with teaching experience for over 16 years feel more identity on identity organization than those more than those who have been teaching for 11-15 years.5.There is difference in different school, the P.E. teachers of public school feel more identity on identity organization than those the private school P.E. teachers in organization commitment.The result of study can provide reference to P.E. teachers and P.E. teachers. Also, according to the question of finding make an amending on timeliness, it can enhance the P.E. teachers toward organization commitment of P.E. office.
