運動成就動機與目標取向對運動學習表現及內在動機之影響

The Effects of Sport Achievement Motivation and Goal Orientation on Sport Learning Performance and Intrinsic Motivation

摘要


本研究的目的主要在探討運動成就動機與目標取向對運動學習表現及內在動機之影響。以輔仁大學一年級男生共計240人為研究對象,其平均年齡為20.11(±0.91)歲。本研究所用的研究工具有「運動成就動機量表」及「運動目標取向量表」,並以籃球籃下30球投籃為運動學習表現。所有的受試者都實施四週的籃下30球投籃練習,並在實驗前、後接受籃下30球投籃的測驗。所得資料以二因子變異數分析進行統計考驗。所得結果為:1.運動成就動機與目標取向對運動學習表現沒有交互作用影響,也沒有主要效果存在。2.運動成就動機與目標取向對興趣/樂趣及努力/重要性兩因素之內在動機沒有交互作用影響。3.高運動成就動機者在興趣/樂趣及努力/重要性兩個因素之內在動機皆高於低成就動機者。4.不同運動目標取向之受試者在興趣/樂趣及努力/重要性兩個因素都沒有差異存在。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of sport achievement motivation and goal orientation on sport learning performance and intrinsic motivation. There were 240 Fu-Jen university students used as the subjects (the average age was 20.11±0.91). The research instruments used in this study were ”Sport Achievement Motivation Scale”, ”Sport Goal Orientation Scale” and ”Intrinsic Motivation Inventory” and the sport learning performance was based on shooting under the basket. All the subjects were administered by shooting into the basket 30 times under the basket before and after the experiment. The collected data were analyzed by two-way ANOVA. The results were as follows: 1.There was no interaction effect of sport achievement motivation and goal orientation on sport learning performance, and there were not main effects, too. 2.There was no interaction effect of sport achievement motivation and goal orientation on intrinsic motivation (interests/fun; effort/importance). 3.The intrinsic motivation (interests/fun; effort/importance) of higher sport achievement motivation group was higher than that of lower sport achievement motivation. 4.There was not any difference of intrinsic motivation interests/fun; effort/importance) between different goal orientation groups.
