大專學生運動員的性別角色類型、社會支持與傷害後情緒反應之關係研究:以跆拳道項目為例

An Analysis of Gender Role Stereotype and Social Support on Emotional Responses Following Injury: The Case of Collegiate Taekwondo Athletes

摘要


本研究依據Williams和Andersen的壓力-傷害模式及Wiese-Bjornstal、Smith、Shaffer和Morrey的運動傷害心理反應整合模式,探討競賽水準、性別角色類型與社會支持對於大專學生運動員的傷害後情緒反應之影響。結果顯示:大專學生運動員的性別角色以兩性化(38.6%)為最多,競賽水準以一般水準(62.1%)為最多,投入跆拳道運動的時間平均為8.55年,而這些選手近一年內的受傷次數平均為2.98次;以受傷運動員而言,大部分發生的運動傷害為急性傷害(87.3%),傷害種類主要是撞挫傷(38.9%)、扭傷(29.4%)、拉傷(17.9);不同的性別角色會影響運動員在傷害後的正面情緒,「兩性化」者比「未分化」者在傷害後有較高的正面情緒;運動員的「男性特質」、「教練支持」、「社會支持」與其傷害後「正面情緒」呈現顯著正相關。

The purpose of this study was utilizing Williams & Andersen's stress-injury model and Wiese-Bjornstal, Smith, Shaffer, & Morrey's integrated model, investigated the antecedents and emotional responses of injury in collegiate taekwondo players. Specifically, competitive level, gender role stereotype, and social support were measured to determine their relationship with the occurrence of injury. Results were as follow: No difference was found for competitive level, gender role stereotype, social support, and emotional responses for uninjured or injured athletes. Of the psychosocial variables, ”masculine”, ”coach support”, and ”social support” were found to directly related to postinjury positive emotional responses.
