The purpose of this study was to develop a scale for evaluating Learning Strategy Inventory of the Physical Education instructions. The participants were 317 students composed by Colleges of Technology. They were asked to respond to a scale containing 29 items describing physical education learning strategy instructions. The inventory was structured by ”sections interpretation” and ”factor analysis”, the outcome shows that the Physical Education Learning Strategy is composed by ”examination preparation strategies”, ”emotional support strategies”, ”resources management strategies” and ”strategies of motivation control”, each dimension includes five, five, five and four questions respectively, which accounted for 60.76% of the total variance, respectively. The results revealed that Physical Education Learning Strategy Inventory was reliable and valid and it can be provided to physical education teachers to assess the elementary college student's physical education learning strategy.
