大專院校學生體育性社團評鑑量表編製之研究

本研究以學生社團活動發展，與教育部實施全國大專院校學生社團評鑑內涵之依據，探討社團評鑑內涵因素，以其研製一份適合學生體育性社團評鑑之工具。本研究經文獻蒐集、參閱輔導社團活動相關文獻、參考學者專家之資料而編製預試問卷，調查台灣十二所大專院校學生體育性社團幹部232位同學，經由項目分析、因素分析與信效度建立等步驟，得到結果如下：大專院校學生體育性社團幹部對社團評鑑傾向由『財務運作』、『檔案資訊應用』、『場地器材維護』、『活動傳承紀錄』、『活動成果』、『活動安全考核』、『輔導師資』『公關活動』及『組織規章』等九個因素所構成，其解釋量為65.079%。各因素之Cronbach α係數分別介於.6811－.8923之間，總量表Cronbachα為.9549，信度均在可接受之範圍，量表也具建構效度。

This research is based on the activity development of student party in school and the party's evaluation contents that the Ministry of Education had carried out to college students before to find out the evaluation elements and develop a suitable evaluation tool for the student physical education party.This research collects the detail related documents and reports, refers to a lot of papers about party activities consultation, checks the expert's pre-test question lists and investigates 232 cadre members who come from 12 different colleges in Taiwan, then we adopt all kinds of analysis steps like ”item analysis”, ”element analysis” and ”trust efficiency establishment” to get the following conclusion: the evaluation results for all college physical party cadre members are combined of 9 main elements, they are ”the analysis of financial affairs”, ”the application of file information”, ”the maintenance of place and equipment”, ”the record of activity impart”, ”the achievelilents of activities”, ”the safety assessment of activity”, ”the teacher quality of guidance and assistance”, ”the social activities” and ”the regulations of organization”. The above 9 element soccupy 65.079% of evaluation result. The coefficient of Cronbach α for each element is in 0.6811-0.8923. The total quantity table Cronbach α coefficient is 0.9549. The confidence level for each element is acceptable and these high efficient quantity tables also can be established easily.
