高中足球教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力之相關研究

A Study of Coaches' Leadership Behavior and Team Cohesion among High School Football Coaches

摘要


本研究目的在探討不同水準高中足球選手教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力之探討。以參加91年全國大同盃之高中男子足球選手91名為受試對象,每位受試者均填寫「教練領導行為量表」及「團隊情境量表」。所得資料以獨立樣本t-test、皮爾遜積差相關及逐步迴歸等方法進行統計分析,結果如下:一、知覺的與喜愛的教練領導行為方面:不同水準(A組、B組)選手,在「知覺訓練與指導」、「知覺社會支持」及「知覺正面回饋」、「喜愛民主行為」及「喜愛專制行為」五者之差異達顯著水準。二、團隊凝聚力方面:不同水準(A組、B組)選手,在「社會凝聚力」、「工作凝聚力」二者之差異達顯著水準。三、教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力之相關情形:A組選手在「知覺專制行為」「喜愛專制行為」與社會凝聚力呈負相關;「喜愛訓練與指導」則與社會凝聚力呈正相關。B組選手在「知覺訓練與指導」與社會凝聚力呈正相關;工作凝聚力則與「知覺訓練與指導」、「知覺專制行為」、「知覺社會支持」及「知覺正面回饋」呈正相關。

The purposes of this study were to investigate the relationship of coaches' leadership and team cohesion among high school football players. Subjects were 91 players who participated in 2002 Ta Tung football tournament All of them completed Chen's version of ”The Leadership Scale of Sport, LSS” (1993) and Liu's version of ”Group Environment Questionnaire, GEQ”. All data were further tested by statistics of independent t-test, Pearson's r and stepwise regression. The results were as follows.1.The difference of different players on ”perceived training and instruction”, perceived social support”, ”perceived positive feedback”, ”preferred democratic behavior” and ”preferred autocratic behavior” was significant.2.The difference of different players on ”social cohesion” and ”task cohesion” was significant.3.The correlation of ”perceived autocratic behavior”, ”preferred autocratic behavior” and ”social cohesion” in group A is negative whereas the correlation of ”preferred training and instruction” and ”social cohesion” appeared positive. In group B, the relationship of perceived training and instruction and social cohesion was positive. The relationship of ”perceived training and instruction”, ”perceived autocratic behavior”, ”perceived social support”, ”perceived positive feedback” and task cohesion was positive as well.
