台灣與大陸籃球選手知覺家長式領導行為與團隊凝聚力之研究

The Investigation of Paternalistic, Group Cohesion on Basketball Players between Taiwan and China

摘要


本研究的目的有:(1)比較台灣、大陸籃球選手之家長式領導的差異情形;(2)比較台灣、大陸籃球選手之團隊凝聚力差異情形;(3)探討台灣、大陸家長式領導對團隊凝致力的預測情形;(4)探討台灣、大陸家長式領導對團隊凝聚力的相關情形。統計方法為獨立樣本t考驗、逐步回歸分析、皮爾遜積差相關。受試對象包含台灣、大陸男子籃球選手,共計227人(台灣=93人、大陸=134人)。受試者分為兩部分,台灣球員部分於92年總統盃籃球賽期間取得,大陸球員於2002-2003甲A聯賽期間取得,共填寫基本資料、家長式領導行為量表、團隊情境量表。研究結果顯示:(1)台灣與大陸籃球員知覺仁慈領導、德行領導有顯著差異存在。(2)台灣與大陸籃球員知覺團隊凝眾力(社會凝聚力、工作凝聚力)沒有差異存在。(3)大陸選手知覺仁慈領導、德行領導、威權領導與工作凝聚力呈正相關,德行領導與社會凝聚力成正相關。台灣選手知覺仁慈領導、德行領導與工作凝聚力、社會凝聚力呈正相關、仁慈領導與社會凝聚力呈正相關。(4)台灣球員知覺德行領導、仁慈領導可以有效預測社會凝聚力。大陸球員知覺德行領導可以有效預測社會凝聚力。台灣、大陸球員知覺德行領導可以有效預測工作凝聚力。

The purposes of this study were as following: (1) To compare the differences of the Paternalistic Leadership on the basketball players between Taiwan and China. (2) To compare the differences of the Group Cohesion on the basketball players between Taiwan and China. (3) To confer the relationship on the Group Cohesion and Paternalistic Leadership of the players in Taiwan and China. (4) To confer the forecast of the Group Cohesion occurred by the Paternalistic Leadership for the players in Taiwan and China. The methods for statistics included the independent- samples t-test, the Pearson correlation, and the stepwise multiple-regression analysis. There were 227 basketball players recruited to participate in this study, includes 93 players participated in 2003 ”President Cup Basketball Game” in Taiwan and 134 CBA League players in China. They were asked to complete the personal data, the Paternalistic Leadership Scale, and the Group Environment Questionnaire. The results were as follows: (1) There were significantly differences on Benevolence Leadership and Moral Leadership existed between Taiwan and China. (2) There was no difference on the Group Cohesion existed between Taiwan and China. (3) Task Cohesion was positively associated with Moral Leadership, Benevolence Leadership and Authoritarianism Leadership; the positive correlation between Moral Leadership and Social Cohesion in China players. Benevolence Leadership and Moral Leadership were positively associated with Task Cohesion, as well as with Social Cohesion in Taiwan players. (4) The Social Cohesion could be predicted by Benevolence Leadership and Moral Leadership; and Task Cohesion could be predicted by Benevolence Leadership in Taiwan players. Both Social cohesion and Task Cohesion could be predicted by Benevolence Leadership in China players.
