探討軟權力與中國體育之關係

摘要

在全球化背景下，體育的政治功能已突破了歷史上直接作用於政治和國際關係的道統模式，在影響力、作用模式、作用途徑上與道統體育政治功能有了很大不同，體育的影響力已超越了體育自身的範疇。本研究以內容分析法及文獻分析法，探討中國體育如何藉由軟權力的力量來展現國力。結果發現：一、現今的體育強國以軟權力的效益來影響在國際舞台上的聲譽及地位。二、以中國在2008年所舉辦的奧運會，其軟權力的影響及發揮，使得中國的知名度大幅提升，在國際體壇並佔有一席舉足輕重的角色及地位。

Under the context of globalization, the political function of sport has already exceeded the traditional pattern, which the sport would directly affect the politics and international relation, and has been greatly different in its effects, acting modal and approach; the influence of the sport has already gone beyond its domain. Sport has heavily exerted its influences on the politics and international relation through the enlargement of sports phenomenon, the economic capability functioned by the sport industry after reaching economic scale, one of the cultural functions in ”soft power” and the close relationship between it and the environment, making the sport a new modal and feature to influence the politics and international relation. This study adopts content and document analysis to probe into how Chinese sports utilize soft power as a way to demonstrate its national power. We conclude that: firstly, the countries with strong sports nowadays have utilized the benefit of soft power to gain their reputations and status in international stage; secondly, under the influence and exercise of soft power, China will greatly raise its reputation among international competitions in the face of '08 Olympic Games, playing a decisive role in the world.
