海洋運動推展現況之調查研究

On the Status Quo of Developing Ocean Sports

摘要


本研究之目的在於探討台灣地區海洋運動推展現況,瞭解民眾海洋運動參與行為,並比較不同背景變項民眾對海洋運動推展現況看法之差異情形。本研究採用問卷調查法進行研究,共計回收有效問卷1,221份,所得資料經描述性統計、因素分析、變異數分析等統計方法分析結果。在本研究的限制之內,得到以下結論:(一)台灣地區海洋運動推展現況,共可分為四個構面,依平均數高低排序分別為:環境資源、實體設施、人力資源與政策實施。各因素構面之得分介於3.34-3.70之間,屬於中等滿意程度。項目方面以環境景觀優美滿意程度最高,而以政府對海洋運動學校教育輔導成效之滿意程度最低。(二)在參與行為方面,民眾最喜歡與最常從事的海洋運動均為「戲水、玩水」;過去三年中,從事海洋運動的次數約為8.53次;每次從事的時間以「半天以上至不到一天」最多;最常一起從事海洋運動的同伴為「家人」。(三)在背景變項方面,不同年齡、婚姻、學歷、職業與收入民眾對海洋運動推展現況的看法,均有顯著差異。

The study was to explore the status quo of developing ocean sports in Taiwan: analyzing background variables to learn individual opinions about policies in developing ocean sports of Taiwan's people and to understanding its people's participation in ocean sports. The study was based on a questionnaire sample. A total of 1221 questionnaires were returned. These sample data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis and variables analysis and lead the study to three results. First, the chart of policies in developing ocean sports, including ”environmental resources,” ”sports equipment,” ”personnel resources” and ”operation of policies,” got the grade between 3.34 and 3.70. Among all items in the chart, the beauty of views was listed as the top one and the government's guidance to school education of ocean sports as the last one. Second, as for participating behavior, Taiwan's people's favorite activity in ocean sports was ”to play with and in water.” The water activity which Taiwan's people often play was also ”to play with and in water.” For the past three years, Taiwan's people had played with and in water averagely for 8.53 times and had spent at least half a day or almost a day on the activity according to the conclusion from the sample questionnaires. And they usually did the exercise with their family. Finally, in the aspect of different background variables, all of age, marriage, occupation, degree and income resulted in people's different opinions about the status quo of developing ocean sports.
