摘要

臺灣巧固球（tchoukball）球員從1984年第一次參加世界錦標賽開始，歷年來在國際性之各年齡層比賽中幾乎都贏得勝利，球技名揚世界；本次2009年高雄世運會巧固球男子隊國手皆來自於臺北縣立三民高中體育班巧固球隊。因此，希望藉由探討球隊成立與發展，採質性研究法，透過文獻資料與訪談巧固球專任教練等人來進行探究三民高中巧固球隊，所得結論敘述如下：一、體育班巧固球隊成立與發展，需得到學校的支持與充足的資源。二、專任運動教練與優秀運動（球）員的進修與升學管道受限，為最常遭遇之困境。三、臺灣巧固球選手依新修訂規則修正其訓練方法，並務實體能與技巧能力之提升。四、現階段巧固球選手技術都居於國際領先地位，雖該項運動為非亞奧運項目，卻讓臺灣走出國際體育舞臺。

Tchoukball players in Taiwan have almost won all of the world famous competitions of all ages since for the first time they took part in World Championships in 1984. In 2009 Kaohsiung World Games, Tchoukball champion men's team are from the Tchoukball teams of San-Min Senior High School in Taipei County. Therefore, this study was conducted through qualitative research method, inclusive of interviews, literature and interviews with the Tchoukball full-time coaches to explore the Tchoukball team development of San-Min Senior High School. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The establishment and the development of the school Tchoukball team need support and sufficient resources. 2. The most commonly encountered difficulty is the limited admission to schools for professional coaches and elite athletes to study in. 3. Tchoukball players in Taiwan should be trained in accordance with the revised rules, be promoted in the physical ability, and be upgraded with the skills. 4. At this stage, Tchoukball players nowadays are the leaders in the international community, though Tchoukball is still a non-Olympic and Asian sports event, but this is an event making Taiwan outstanding in international sports arena.
