本研究旨在探討大學生休閒覺知自由、休閒阻礙和休閒參與關係之模式。並以99學年度元智大學大學部學生為對象,採便利抽樣方式設計,共計回收有效樣本496份,統計方式以SPSS 15.0版進行探索性因素分析、描述性統計、Pearson 積差相關分析,Amos 7.0 版統計軟體進行結構方程模式統計分析。本研究結果為:一、大學生休閒覺知自由對休閒參與達到正面的影響效果γ= 0.23。二、休閒阻礙對休閒參與達到正面的影響效果γ= 0.11;三、休閒覺知自由與休閒阻礙兩者達顯著正向關係γ= 0.29。因此,當休閒覺知自由、休閒阻礙對個人休閒參與的影響,為個人有越高的休閒覺知自由時,同時受到休閒阻礙的影響,其本身仍然可以克服休閒阻礙並選擇與自己所喜愛的休閒活動;所以休閒覺知自由是影響休閒活動參與時最重要因素,而休閒阻礙也會影響個人參與休閒活動,但是無法完全抑制或阻止個人從事休閒活動的參與。
This study was aimed to investigate the relationship mode among perceived freedom in leisure, leisure constraints, and leisure participation of university students. The population of research subjects was composed of undergraduate university students of 2010-academic-year in Yuan Ze University. With convenience sampling, 496 valid samples were returned. The collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 15.0 for exploratory factor analysis, descriptive statistics, and Pearson product-moment correlation analysis. Also, Amos 7.0 was been used for structural equation modeling (SME) statistical analysis. The conclusions of this study are as follows: (a). Perceived freedom in leisure positively influenced leisure participation of university students, i.e. r = 0.23. (b). Leisure constraints have some positive impact on leisure participation of university students, i.e. γ = 0.11. (c). Perceived freedom in leisure and leisure constraints showed significant positive correlation, i.e. γ = 0.29. Therefore, although perceived freedom in leisure and leisure constraints influenced leisure participation, individuals with higher perceived freedom in leisure and with the impact of leisure constraints could still overcome such leisure constraints and participate in some favored leisure activities. As a result, perceived freedom in leisure is the most important factor which influenced leisure participation. And with some impact on leisure participation, leisure constraints could not completely inhibit or prevent individual participation in leisure activities.
