運動賽事專案管理之探討－以2011亞瑟士城市路跑賽為例

摘要

本研究以個案研究方式，旨在探討台灣亞瑟士公司辦理「2011亞瑟士城市路跑賽」運動賽事之專案管理定義探討。本研究採用文獻分析法及半結構式訪談法了解「2011亞瑟士城市路跑賽」賽事活動專案管理之情形。採用美國專案管理協會(PMI)所提出專案管理之九大知識領域作?研究架構，並據以對個案進行探討，研究結論如下；一、整合管理：搭配及整合場地、流程、動線、定位等等要素，打開了品牌認知度與曝光率。二、範疇管理：藉由合作關係彼此專業分工，明確界定應執行的工作範疇，是完成專案的重要關鍵。三、時間管理：各司其職，做好活動進度安排，明確各時間點交出成果，不致於影響到活動品質。四、成本管理：編列適當經費並做好經費管控，明確金錢流向，不因成本估算錯誤而造成活動超支。五、品質管理：透過計畫性及系統性的品質管理與監控過程，確保運動賽事活動的品質。六、人力資源管理：透過人員配置、職權劃分，進一步提升組織的績效，達成組織的目標。七、溝通管理：召開行前會議，清楚活動的方向與細節，將助於活動的掌控，並適時解決其問題。八、風險管理：提早預防、加速應變，將不確定降到最低，以提升成功之機率。九、採購管理：挑選優質外包商，以提高成本效益。

The study is case study method, is to explore for ”Asics Run 2011 City Race” sporting events of definition of project management. The method used in this study were literature analysis method and method to understand the ”Asics Run 2011 City Race” event project management activities in situations. Used by the U.S. Project Management Institute, (PMI), proposed by the nine knowledge areas project management as a research framework, and was to discuss individual cases, conclusion are as follows: 1. Integration Management: With and integration site, process, moving lines, locate etc, open brand awareness and exposure. 2. Category Management: It is the key to complete the project is relationship to each other by the specialization, cclearly defined scope of work to be performed. 3. Time management: Carry out their duties, schedule to do activities, clear each time point to produce a result, not affect the quality of the activities. 4. Cost Management: Appropriate provision and make funds control, clear the money flow, not because of cost estimation error to overruns caused by activities. 5. Quality Management: Through a planned and systematic way of quality management and monitoring process, to ensure the quality of sporting events. 6. Human Resource Management: through staffing, division of power, further enhance the organizational performance, aachieve organizational goals. 7. Communication management : convene a meeting, clear direction and details of activities, will help to control activities and timely solutions the problems. 8. Risk Management: Early prevention and acceleration response, minimize the uncertainty to enhance the probability of success. 9. Purchasing Management: Selection of high-quality outsourcing business to improve the cost-effectiveness.
