規律運動對老年人生活品質之影響

Regular Exercise Influence on the Quality of Life of Older Persons

摘要


本研究主要目的?探討台灣地區老年人參與規律運動與生活品質間之關係,有愈來愈多的證據顯示,老年人參與規律運動與體力活動具有提高心理健康與認知功能的好處。理想的老年人運動處方應包括有氧運動、強化肌力以及增進柔軟度的運動。關於老年人從事運動與體力活動的建議型態與運動量,此次所探討大致與先前美國運動醫學會之醫學聲明以及2008年所發表的美國體力活動準則一致。所有的老年人均應參與規律的運動與體力活動,並且避免坐式(不活動)的生活型態,年長者應在注意安全的範圍內,持恆而規律的自我鍛鍊,從心肺耐力、肌力、肌耐力與柔軟度循序漸進做起,這樣一來除可避免心血管疾病的發生外,也可強化肢體靈活度與操控度,另在運動後,可以降低老年人憂鬱、煩躁與焦慮的發生,對人生觀與價值觀有正面意義,生活品質也會因而更加精彩。

The main purpose of this study to explore regular exercise participation of older persons in Taiwan and the relationship between quality of life, there are more and more evidence that older people participate in sports and legal regulations with physical activity to improve mental health and cognitive benefits. Ideal for older people exercise prescription should include aerobic exercise, strengthening the muscle strength and improve flexibility degree of movement. On older people in sport and physical activity recommendations and exercise patterns measured, the study broadly in line with the previous American College of Sports Medicine's Medical Statement and 2008 published by the United States consistent with physical activity guidelines. All seniors per capita should be involved in regulatory legal sports and physical activity, and avoid sitting (not active) lifestyle, older people should pay attention to security within the holding fast to the law of self-training, from card iorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility, gradual start, so that in addition to avoiding the occurrence of cardiovascular disease, but also can enhance the degree of physical flexibility and control, and the other after exercise, can reduce the elderly depression, irritability and anxiety occur, have a positive outlook on life and values of significance, the quality of life would thus be more exciting.
