摘要

This study presents the factors influences on using intention of e-wallets in Vietnam, including: perceived usefulness, easy to use, social influence, transaction security, perceived trust, and comparing to other payment. 528 survey samples were collected to serve the data analysis process as well as all hypotheses were examined by using STATISTIC 10 ver., LISREL 8.8 with Covariance Matrix, and Regression analysis, ANOVA test, and LISREL model. This paper showed that perceived usefulness, easy to use, social influence, transaction security, and comparing to other payment, and significantly positively influences on using intention of e-wallets payment while perceived trust have insignificant influence on using intention of e-wallets payment in Vietnam in Regression model. All of the hypotheses were rejected by LISREL model. Comparing with regression model and LISREL model, the LISREL model is better than regression model for higher structural validity and smaller errors. Hence this study based on LISREL model to make the conclusion and suggestion.
