摘要

在肝內膽管癌多種型態中，類淋巴上皮瘤樣膽管癌屬於較罕見的一型。我們在這篇文章裡報告一位70歲女性，有慢性C型肝炎與肝硬化，經由手術治療後診斷類淋巴上皮瘤樣癌管癌的案例。病患在門診規律追蹤，意外發現單一肝腫瘤，影像上懷疑是肝惡性腫瘤，病患於是接受手術切除。經病理分析，發現此肝腫瘤為類淋巴上皮瘤樣膽管癌。經免疫染色，發現此類淋巴上皮瘤樣膽管癌與EB病毒的感染無關。病患於術後接受規律追蹤三年，未有腫瘤復發的現象。

Lymphoepithelioma-like cholangiocarcinoma (LELCC) is a rare variant of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. We herein have reported an unusual case of LELCC in a 71-year-old Taiwanese women with cirrhotic liver disease and chronic hepatitis C. The patient's liver tumor was unexpectedly discovered during a regular abdominal ultrasound exam without obvious clinical symptoms and signs; she thereafter received surgical resection. Histologically, the liver tumor showed lymphoepithelial-like appearance and features of cholangiocarcinoma without association with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). We maintained regular follow-up with the patient for 3 years, who at that time was alive without tumor recurrence.
