跆拳道護具得分效益之分析－Daedo GEN2為例

摘要

目的：比較跆拳道公開組選手以不同力量旋踢踢擊電子護具正面或側面的電子數值與得分率。方法：招募大專跆拳道優秀公開組男選手10名，並以Daedo GEN2電子護具與計分系統進行測量，請選手先盡最大力量旋踢，之後再進行次大力量（自覺50%最大力量）旋踢試驗，並以平衡次序決定踢擊電子護具的正面與側面的中端，共四種試驗各12次旋踢，記錄每次踢擊後電子計分系統的電子數值及有效得分數，每種試驗電子數值表現以平均計算，並將有效得分數換算成得分率（%）。採用SPSS 25.0版處理，進行二因子變異數分析，考驗不同部位及不同力量的電子數值與得分率的差異，顯著水準訂為（p ＜ 0.05）。結果：踢擊位置及踢擊力量對電子數值與得分率均無交互作用，經主要效果比較，踢擊側面電子數值顯著大於正面電子數值，且最大力量踢擊電子數值顯著大於次大力量踢擊表現，而得分率表現，一樣為側面顯著大於正面，且最大力量踢擊得分率顯著高於次大力量。結論：Daedo GEN2電子護具側面的電子數值及得分率高於正面。建議：旋踢攻擊時多以側面攻擊，能提升比賽得分效益。

Purposes: Compare the inductive value and scoring rate through Taekwondo protector scoring system (PSS) by roundhouse kicking with different kicking force and contacting site. Methods: 10 elite male taekwondo athletes were recruited in this study. Participates were asked to sequentially perform kicks with maximal effort and then submaximal force (voluntary 50% maximal effort) on the frontal or side parts of the Daedo GEN2 T-trunk protector with a counterbalance design. 12 trails for each condition. Inductive value and point scoring were recorded immediately after each contact. The scoring rate was calculated by valid points. Two-way ANOVA test was examined the effects of kicking force and contact area on inductive value and scoring rate. Results: Contact area and kick force had no interaction effect on inductive value and scoring rate. The inductive value on side part was significantly greater than that on frontal part as well as that with maximal effort was significantly higher than with submaximal force. The scoring rate performance was also that side part was significantly larger than the frontal, and maximal power kick was significantly higher than the submaximal condition. Conclusions: Kicking with maximal power on side part of Daedo GEN2 e-trunk protector could get higher inductive value and scoring rate. Therefore, it could suggest that side attack should be frequently used when roundhouse kicking to increase the scoring efficiency in the competition.
