摘要

近年來，創業管理研究逐漸受到重視，被發表於頂尖學術期刊的論文數量亦逐年增加。然而，創業研究仍面臨缺乏理論基礎與研究邊界不明確的困境。因此本研究針對相關文獻進行分析，藉以瞭解創業研究的現況與遭遇問題，並且也探討創業理論的發展歷程，剖析一些社會科學理論在創業研究的應用情形。為了明確創業研究的輪廓，本研究提出了一個創業研究的觀念架構，包括創業家／團隊、創業機會、創業資源、創業環境與創業績效等五項構面，試圖為相關構面劃清研究範疇與互動關係。本研究回顧近20年來創業研究的演進，發現理論基礎還有待強化，針對創業初期過程的研究還相當不足，研究焦點也應從過去創業家單一構面轉向未來多重構面的互動研究，並以創業機會做為研究的核心。最後在針對研究方法選擇的問題，我們建議應朝向使用多種研究方法，並根據研究問題的特徵，選擇最適當的研究方法。

Entrepreneurship has been recognized as a focal point for developing sustained competitive advantages throughout worldwide environments. An accumulating body of research has undertaken to discuss the critical value about the role of entrepreneurship. However, entrepreneurship studies tend to be less legitimacy because there are no unifying paradigm exists and no clarify research boundary (Busenitz, et al., 2003). In order to understand the current status of entrepreneurship research, this article makes detailed literature review. And then we develop a framework of entrepreneurship and suggest focusing on intersection of the constructs of entrepreneurs/ teams, opportunities, resources, environment, and the performance. In order to define boundaries for the field, scholars should build new theory base and address on entrepreneurial opportunities.
