創業家精神、產業群聚與產業發展：臺灣遊艇業個案分析

摘要

本文探討創業家精神與產業群聚對臺灣遊艇產業的影響。臺灣遊艇產業是由遊艇組裝廠商與零配件製造廠商所組成，本文訪談名列世界前20大遊艇公司的嘉鴻遊艇、東哥遊艇、嘉信遊艇，及占臺灣遊艇市場70%的五金零配件供應商緯航企業，共四家公司進行個案研究。本文採用質性分析軟體NVivo10根據訪談內容編製17個節點，據以進行資料編碼，定義節點關係並模型化關係，最終呈現節點關係圖。本文研究結果如下：一、臺灣遊艇企業家之間的關係鑲嵌有助於形成初期的產業群聚，但隨著企業發展需要，生產要素互通有無與生產流程的結構性鑲嵌進一步強化產業群聚。二、企業主之間的友好關係與誠信，降低彼此合作的交易成本，有助於遊走在各遊艇廠的包工團體落實知識外溢效果。三、客製化是臺灣遊艇廠的競爭優勢，產業群聚有助於強調整合與創新的客製化產業的發展並對其競爭力影響顯著。

This paper explored the influence of entrepreneurship and industry cluster to the development of Taiwan's yacht industry. The yacht manufacturing was composed of the assembler and the manufacturer for components and accessories. We interviewed four companies which include 3 of the world top 20 yacht builders and the most important hardware supplier. We adapted NVivo10 to set up 17 nodes to code the content which was being interviewed and to define the relationships between nodes then model them. The result of this paper is summarized as follows: 1. The initial of Taiwan's yacht industry cluster was triggered by the relationship embeddedness. The structure embeddedness of interdependence of production factors strengthened the industry cluster as it extended its further development. 2. Friendship and trust among the entrepreneurs reduced the transaction cost of carrying out knowledge spillover that was performed by the project labor groups. 3. Custom-made was and still is the competitive advantage of Taiwan's yacht industry. The industry cluster has contributed the environment of custom-made industrial development and significant improvement on competitiveness.
