摘要

康熙二十六年至三十二年（1687-1693）間圍繞着廣東潮州府程鄉縣陰那山佛寺田產的訴訟，不僅反映出士紳、宗族、佛寺等當地勢力集團的矛盾，也影響到地方文獻的編纂，還反映出王朝各級政府對於地方各種勢力集團的扶持或打擊態度。這宗訴訟的結果，是半推半就地讓王朝國家進一步整合程鄉縣地方社會。

Late seventeenth century lawsuits over the Buddhist monastic properties of Mt Yinna demonstrate the contradictions among local gentry, lineage, Buddhist monasteries and other power groups in local society. The suits also affected the compilation of local documents, revealing the attitudes of various levels of the imperial government towards the different power groups in the locality. The outcomes of these suits enabled the imperial state to enhance its integration of local society in Chengxiang.
