摘要


隨著材料合成技術同中求異,異中求新,造就許多功能性材料應用於環境與食品安全分析萃取技術領域。有別於傳統的萃取材料之缺點,新穎功能性材料展現多種特殊交互作用力,來提升靈敏度及選擇性萃取目標分析物,亦可減少有機溶劑使用量,進而符合永續環保與綠色化學核心概念。因此本篇回顧以新穎功能性材料如高分子基底整體成形式管柱、分子印跡聚合物;奈米碳材如石墨烯及奈米碳管;網狀結構材料如金屬有機骨架化合物、共價有機骨架化合物與磁性奈米複合材料等逐一介紹,並統整闡述材料及分析物之間交互作用力,提供新穎功能性材料應用於環境及食品安全分析之未來趨勢和見解。

With advance techniques in material synthesis, there are diverse ways for enhancing the novelties while reserving commonness, multi-functional materials were applied to the extraction technique of environmental and food safety analysis. Traditional materials do not achieve the standard of stringent regulations. However, novel functional materials provide abundant specific interaction to selectively extract interested analytes in complex matrices of environmental and food samples. Moreover, superior capacity of adsorption can be achieved with the criteria of ultra-trace analysis and decrease solvent usage to comply with the core value of green analytical chemistry. Therefore, this review will introduce some of the novel functional materials whose interactions between the analytes are classified based upon the characteristic materials such as polymer-based materials (monolith and molecular imprinted polymer), carbon nanomaterials (graphene and carbon nanotube), reticular materials (metal-organic framework and covalent organic framework) and magnetic nanocomposites. Finally, we put forward our perspective on the application for environmental and food safety analysis with functional materials.
