高職部輕度智能障礙學生社會技巧訓練之研究

Study on the Effect of Social Skills Training for Students with Mild Mental Retardation in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要


本研究旨在探討高職部的輕度智能障礙學生接受社會技巧方案訓練後是否有立即性與延續性的效果。研究方式採用準實驗研究法,研究對象為江門市特殊教育學校高職部高二、高三年級輕度智能障礙學生共26名,實驗組對象為高職部高三年級學生13名,控制組對象為高職部高二年級學生,亦為13名。本研究的社會技巧訓練方案分為五個單元,分別為「與陌生人接觸」、「與長輩相處」、「與異性交往」、「處理困窘」以及「維持友誼」。研究結果顯示:1.社會技巧訓練對高職部輕度智能障礙學生的「與陌生人接觸」、「與長輩相處」、「處理困窘」以及「維持友誼」技巧具有立即成效,但「與異性交往」技巧則無立即成效。2.社會技巧訓練對高職部輕度智能障礙學生的「與長輩相處」技巧顯示有良好的維持效果,但在「與陌生人接觸」、「處理困窘」、「與異性交往」以及「維持友誼」技巧則無維持效果。3.實驗組學生對於社會技巧方案受訓在總體上的滿意程度呈現高滿意度。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the immediate and lasting effects of social skills training on students with mild intellectual disabilities in vocational colleges. The research method was quasi-experimental, and the research objects were 26 students with mild mental retardation in grade 2 and grade 3 in Vocational College of Jiangmen Special Education School. The experimental group was 13 high school students, and the control group was 13 high school students. The social skills training program was divided into five modules, namely "Approaching strangers", "Dealing with elders", "Dealing with the opposite sex", "Dealing with embarrassment" and "Maintaining friendships". The results showed that:1. Social skills training has immediate effect on "contacting with strangers", "getting along with elders", "dealing with embarrassment" and "maintaining friendship" skills of students with mild intellectual disabilities in higher vocational colleges, but no immediate effect on "communicating with the opposite sex" skills. 2. The social skills training has a good maintenance effect on the skills of "getting along with elders", but has no maintenance effect on the skills of "contacting with strangers", "dealing with embarrassment", "communicating with the opposite sex" and "maintaining friendship".3. The students in the experimental group showed high overall satisfaction with the social skills program training.
