從智能理財的發展，論財經學群深化STEM教學及博雅教育的必要性

On the necessity of STEM education and liberal studies for the students major in Finance and Economics with the emergence of Robo-Advisor

摘要

隨著金融科技創新應用的興起，金融產業面臨數位轉型的壓力。鑒於智能理財服務的趨勢，強調創新應用與更多跨領域學習，大學博雅通識教育亦能提高附加價值，而金融機構與金融從業人員的值得信賴性，係決定客戶是否採用其服務的關鍵，也是金融機構能否永續發展的基礎。本研究建議大學財經學群相關系所，在進行課程內容設計規劃時，應該導入融合科學、技術、工程與數學的STEM教育，同時深化推動博雅通識教育，培養學生的人文美感素養與社會關懷精神，並落實倫理道德教育與職場素養，讓學生重視培養值得他人信任的特質。

With the emergence of FinTech innovation, the traditional financial industry is under the pressure of digital transformation. To enhance the competence of the students major in Finance and Economics, this paper emphasizes the universities and colleges in Taiwan should introduce the STEM education into their curriculum and enhance the liberal studies for students. Additionally, the education of ethics and professional manners should be taught and shared by the faculty to help students highly evaluate ＂trustworthiness＂ as one of the core personal characteristics.
