Analysis of One Authenticated Key Agreement Scheme for Consumer USB Mass Storage Devices Resilient to Unauthorized File Decryption
摘要
Authenticated key agreement plays a key role for USB Mass Storage Device (MSD). The scheme [IEEE Trans. Consumer Electron., 65(1), 2019, 80-89] for consumer USB-MSD is secure against unauthorized file decryption, but fails to achieve the goal of user's anonymity. It adopts the mechanism of hierarchy encryption, which is somewhat unpractical because a user cannot finish the decryption process locally, and is required to frequently interact with the Authentication Server to retrieve the original session key.
