Adaptive Intelligent Decision Support System for Enhancing Higher Education Quality Assurance

In the last few years, education data mining has gained considerable publicity. Many techniques of data mining are used to retrieve valuable information from educational data. The derived knowledge supports the organizations in enhancing their teaching techniques and learning stages and developing students' success and the overall educational outputs. Using data mining techniques on the EPM (Educational process Mining) dataset, we concluded that we could apply PM to discover the process models of students' behavior while learning with an educational simulator. PM was valuable to obtain the general students' behavior throughout the sessions and their specific behavior for various exercises.
