放射影像（七十二）泌尿上皮癌與腸阻塞

摘要

泌尿上皮癌(urothelial carcinoma)又稱移行上皮細胞癌(transitional cell carcinoma, TCC)，為泌尿道上皮長出來的腫瘤。本文分享兩個病例，分別是腎盂和膀胱的泌尿上皮癌，造成十二指腸和大腸的阻塞，並與過去文獻中類似的例子對照。
