摘要

住宅室內設計師操作裝修歷程時，除設計製圖、工程管理等專業性事務工作，尚須面對顧客心理、認知溝通等感性訴求問題，其因在於屋主係屬非專業者，對於裝修之步驟流程、工程細節皆無所悉，容易對從業人員、裝修品質產生顧慮，需要設計師提供即時性、關懷性之專業資訊與問題諮詢，以減少認知差異積累形成裝修糾紛。因此，建置一套住宅室內設計師執行品質檢核的工具，已成為住宅裝修亟待探討的課題。本研究為建立裝修關懷階段檢核表，先透過資料分析、焦點團體法初擬檢核表；再經由專家深入訪談，審查檢核表內容後進行適當修正；後續佐以實證操作，驗證檢核表應用於實際流程之品管效益；最後再複以焦點團體法邀集設計師、施工者與屋主三種不同對象就檢核表之操作實務問題進行探討，以釐清檢核表之適用性為何。主要研究成果為：分裝修前期、裝修中期、裝修後期與保固時期四大檢核大項，再以此細分84項檢核細項，就各細項應執行內容與需求，彙整為住宅裝修關懷檢核表。

Residential interior designers need to face the emotional problems about the client's psychology and cognitive communication. etc. yet, in addition to the professional work for the design of graphics, engineering management and other, during the process of renovation. The clients usually feel anxious about the workers, the quality of renovation because they are non-professional and unfamiliar about the steps and processes of renovation and the detail of engineering, it's necessary for designers to provide the professional information and the problem of consulting instantly and concernedly for reducing the decoration disputes from cognitive differences accumulated. Therefore this has been one urgent task of residential interior design to set up one set of tools for quality inspection followed by interior designers. The purpose of the research is to build up the content of checking list in decoration care phase, At first we frame the content of the checking lists through data analysis method and focus groups, and make the appropriate amendments via expert in-depth interviews to review the contents of checking lists, and following served with empirical operations to verify the checklist in practice the applicability, from which the advantages and disadvantages as a secondary correction basis. Finally we make the further discussion for the actual problems of operation in checking lists to order to clarify the applicability with three kinds of the designers of focus group method re-invited, workers and clients. The results of research divided 4 major items of the early stage of renovation, the middle stage of renovation, the later stage of renovation and warranty stage, and then subdivided 84 detailed items of checking, summarization as the above each item of the examining content and request would be put forward the checking list for decoration care phase of residential renovation.
