合作學習教學方法融入社區工作課程之探究

Research on Integrating Teachers' collaborative Learning Approach into Community Work Curriculum

摘要


本研究目的在於探討教師以合作學習教學法融入社區工作課程,在小組同儕互動、社區工作專業知能與社區服務學習能力之關聯性。以社區工作課程一班的學生們為研究對象,研究結論為:(一)小組同儕互動具有關鍵力量;(二)學生們的專業知能學習為社區服務學習的基礎;(三)藝術媒介符號融入教學活動有助於覺察差異性。研究建議則有:(一)善用同儕互動中的情感性互動要素;(二)師生與社區有著共同面對不確定感的課題;(三)社會工作為藝術的教學實踐。

The purpose of this study is to explore the relevance of teachers' collaborative learning approach to community work curriculum, the interaction between group peers and community work expertise, and the relevance of group peer interaction and community service learning abilities. Based on a class of community work courses for one semester, the research conclusions are: (1) the interaction of group peers has a key strength. (2) The students' professional knowledge learning and community service learning complement each other. (3) Teaching activities integrated with artistic media symbols help to detect differences. The research proposals include (1) making good use of the emotional interaction elements in peer interaction;. (2) teachers and students have a common problem facing uncertainty; . (3) social work is the teaching practice of art.
