實習訓練計畫中包含實習學生需要參與的訓練規劃及活動,為了訓練紀錄整合更完善,本文章分享南部某醫學中心建立營養職類實習學生歷程全面E化之經驗,我們運用雲端科技收集學生的技能評估、案例討論、報告文稿和小組活動的電子化評估或紀錄,全面取代紙本訓練紀錄。本文報告以醫院資訊化教學管理系統制定教學時間表、發送線上技能評估表及會議簽署通知,使用Google Sites管理訓練紀錄、訓練活動照片和共享知識,用Line APP支持小組互動,使用Google Docs進行質性及量性滿意度調查及使用Microsoft Response Card Method進行質性回饋。自107年7月開始實施以來,此平台提供學生於實習完訓後可完整下載無紙化的實習訓練紀錄,也使我們對學習活動可進行即時的線上評估,輔助老師與多位學生之線上互動。未來該平台亦會朝向導入遠端視訊課程及會議,期待建置更具可近性的多元實習訓練歷程及促進學生自主學習。
Learning in formal internship training programs involves the participation and project work of all trainees. To keep better record in Nutrition and Dietetics at our teaching hospital, we used cloud technology to collect digitalized trainer assessment of our interns' skill performance, case discussions, presentations and group projects, replacing the need to collect and file paper records. In this work, we described our use of hospital information technology (IT) teaching management system to build teaching schedules, evaluate skill performance on-line and send meeting sign-off notifications. Also, we used Google Sites to manage training records, gather photos of activities and share knowledge. We also described our utilization of Line APP to support group interactions, Google Docs for summative and formative satisfaction surveys, and Microsoft Reaction Card Method for formative feedback. Since its implementation in July, 2018, this platform provides our interns with an easily downloaded paperless collection of the entirety of their training, making it possible for us to keep record of real-time online assessments of ongoing learning activities and to enable interactions between teachers and groups of students. It will soon incorporate on-line teaching and video conferencing, facilitating to establish diversified learning portfolio and promote students' independent learning.
