高雄氣爆後「生之河流Color River in高雄」的彩繪行動與公共性

"Color River in Kaohsiung" after Kaohsiung Gas Explosions

摘要


2014年高雄氣爆事件後,「高雄氣爆自救會」、彩繪者、災區居民發起「生之河流Color River in高雄」團隊,以前鎮區竹東里為核心展開舊社區的彩繪行動。本文以「生之河流Color River in高雄」的氣爆區彩繪重建行動為田野,訪問了在地藝術家、災區居民、高雄氣爆自救會,探討災後彩繪行動公共性的可能、協商與侷限。首先,本文認為此次彩繪是一場在地人發起的在地重建行動,「災難共同感」為此項行動的動機,而「改造家園」則為行動目的。其次,災後彩繪的活化社區一來是針對三十多年老舊社區的改造,二是彩繪意象在災後創傷的療癒。最後,竹東里居民在參與彩繪過程的互動與介入可以看見公共性的參與、排除與協商。社區主體介入彩繪的過程,亦展現了對話、災後焦慮轉移、社區連結的可能。

After 2014 Kaohsiung gas explosions, the "Color River in Kaohsiung" started painting activities in the old community, Zhudong. My paper discusses "Color River in Kaohsiung" reconstruction to discuss the survivor's agency and negotiation. I point out that the reasons participants involved in "Color River in Kaohsiung" are "identity of disaster community" and the hope to transformation of homes. Secondly, the post-disaster painting group aims to reform the old community and heal post-disaster trauma. Finally, the residents' action has agency and negotiation in the painting process. The involvement of community subjects in the process of painting shows the possibility of dialogue, post-disaster anxiety transfer, and community connection.
