在佛法的管理思想中強調使用者的行為,而其行為導自於心性修練。星雲大師的管理信念告訴我們,在佛法中「管理」能給予我們什麼?我們應在哪些情境下如何使用佛家的管理方法?尤其是心性修練這個關鍵內涵。這是本文處理的第一個問題,其中分別以「集體創作,制度領導,非佛不作,唯法所依」、「管理者須先自我管理並具用人授權之氣度」、「管理者須能悲智雙運並具同體共生之理念」等三個面向來闡述。本文第二個問題是接續第一個問題而引發,討論建立佛光淨土與管理思想的關係,其間以大師對彌陀淨土的讚揚、取法為開端,進而論述藉由阿彌陀佛的管理思想,亦步亦趨地建設佛光淨土。處理上述兩個問題,主要在於檢討星雲大師實行人間佛教,既而建設人間淨土、佛光淨土的種種施設。基此,本文之主軸在於「人間淨土」如何建設,以及「佛教徒的修持」應有的體認及態度,「管理」只是假說,亦是俗諦,佛教徒可藉用「管理」的指引而逐步完成淨土的建設。
User behavior is emphasized in the Buddhist perspective of management, which also result from the train of one's nature of the mind. This paper will address Venerable Master Hsing Yun's management approach, dividing into "Group creation, leading and guiding with systems, not doing anything against the Buddha's teachings, following everything in the Dharma"; "Managers need to have self-management skills as well as a nature that knows how to utilize people's skills;" and "Managers need to know how to apply both compassion and wisdom as well as withholding a belief of coexistence." These three aspects will be elaborated upon. The second question in this paper is raised from the first question - the relationship between constructing Fo Guang Pure Land and the perspective of management beginning with Venerable Master Hsing Yun's praises of Amitabha's Pure Land. In addressing the two questions, the main discussion will be on Venerable Master Hsing Yun's practical application of Humanistic Buddhism in constructing a Pure Land on earth and all arrangements in establishing the Fo Guang Pure Land. This paper's main purpose is about the construction of "Pure Land on earth," as well as the guidelines in realization and attitudes of "Buddhist cultivation." "Management" is a hypothesis, and common meaning. Buddhists can use management to gradually complete the construction of Pure Land.
